Oh, dear, I hope the Burgundian has some food with not so much cheese in it. So, is Jim one of these weirdos who doesn't have the lactase persistence allele? Maybe we should push harder for dim sum on Saturday...

I didn't catch whether he is lactose intolerant or just doesn't like the taste. He did complain that cheese tastes yellow even when it's white. Make of that what you will.

The only time I had to walk out of a restaurant because there was nothing on the menu I could eat, it was a baked potato bar.

We once had a visitor from Sweden so we made fish for dinner. Turned out she was the only Swede who hates fish.
