You're probably right about the timing. I made the mistake of thinking that the date on the pic was the date taken, when of course it was the date developed. Remember when photos had to be developed?

That's what I was thinking too. I also noticed after I got home that I have my own photo of that haircut labeled September 1985, which would have made it for our Birthday Party instead. Just to confuse matters further!
