Well, there's a cute little 2br bungalow in our neighborhood on the market for $157K right now; perfect size for a single person. (I know, 'cause I saw it when we were looking, and we decided we just owned too much crap to cram into 900sq feet with no garage.) Easy walking distance to the train station...

Yeah, I'm not selling this one either, I can tell.
