She won't (and shouldn't) get that much for the puppy, for sure. Also, she's mental- who has two young kids AND two puppies? Ugh.

lol, it's actually 3 puppies. i can understand 2, it's not that hard, and they can entertain each other instead of bugging you constantly, but not 3. and i agree, that unless someone is totally off their rocker, they won't pay that much for a dog.
