The Top Ten Craze

With the end of 2008 nearing, everyone's been pre-occuped with lists, especially top ten lists. I take pleasure in reading these lists because in a way, I see if you agree or not. Regardless of what they base their top-ten lists on, one cannot help but see if he agrees with the listing.

Twilight is the number one reason to start reading books? FUCK NO. lord knows there are hundreds of better reasons out there.

I've read very, very few books that could be considered "classic." definitely nothing written before the 20th century.

it's best not to judge anything by its movie adaptation. I think The Princess Bride had the most faithful movie adaptation of any book I've read but even that had major differences. I Am Legend was possibly one of the worst since they completely missed the point of the book. there are lots of other examples but I haven't read those books. :p

There's this new movie adaptation out about blindness. (I forgot the title though). They featured it on TV, and what was funny was that people were saying that they took "blindness" too literally. XD
