Wow awesome! Nice simple, elegant design (and the badass picture of course.)

Curious though, why didn't you go for a free blogging site like wordpress or blogspot? I think even tumblr allows you to have your own url (though I think you have to pay.) Are these not professional enough? I've certainly seen people who are writers in other contexts nevertheless use free blog sites for their blogs and get traffic. (But, not having made a blog myself idk.)

Ah. Good to know! That does make sense. I keep vaguely thinking about starting a blog, so I am always curious about the pros and cons... (though I couldn't see myself getting my own site. I = lazy.) (Since I don't care about ads, I'd probably end up with a wordpress.)

Although with tumblr... don't quote me on any of this, but I believe you can buy webdesigns as well as your own domain to make it look more like a real website... though I don't know how adspace would work and all (or if the even have it). Like I've seen sites powered by tumblr that don't look like tumblr at all, and in fact look more like a wordpress site.
