I wonder if he realizes that whatever it was that he sacrificed to do what he thought should be done was worth it. Whether it was money, infamy, or just to be 'the president.' The president of the United States is not meant to be particularly powerful, just influential.

I mean, I am almost sure he was elected because he sold his soul to a group or individuals that made it possible for him to be president. It has to be that simple because I can't seem to wrap my mind around the majority of Americans wanting what he wanted.

Good riddance. I couldn't believe it when he was elected the first time and I was ashamed when he was elected the second time. That reporter's unique outcry is sadly what a lot of people wish they could have expressed in person. That old question keeps popping up in my mind, "How do you sleep at night?"
