Every year there are some idiots that think that they can get a free high from eating this stuff, instead they get hospitalized/die. This is just a backpost from last week, in fact last thursday the 10th to be precise. It was the second to last hike of the semester!

Well, it seems that I'm going to try to keep up and be good about this at least once a week. Here is last week's photo from a field trip to the San Gabriel Mountians. These are unopened male cones from a Jeffery Pine. Fun fact: Jeffery pines smell like vanilla in the summer!

This is late! The project was put on hiatus due to an exam and a weekend camping trip. I had trouble loading my pics on Monday the 9th so here is the photo I snapped that day. This photo of tubers produced by a fern, in essence fern balls! Enjoy!
