Thirty-Love

Title: Thirty Love
Pairing: Elijah/Orlando
Rating: R
Disclaimer: No I don’t own them, yes this is made up.
Feedback: As always, any is appreciated.
Notes: A Wimbledon ball-boy/tennis player AU.  Slightly angsty - it turned out a lot less ‘sweetness and light’ than I initially wanted it to.

Ahh, the pressures on the athlete and especially a national player. Perfectly portrayed-simply wonderful. Even down to mentioning the parents!
You've captured the emotions perfectly.
And what a form his catharsis takes! Partically demanding Elijah take him by force. And a very hot scene BTW. Great story. <3

I'm about as far from a professional athlete as you can be, so I'm glad you thought it was well-portrayed! :P Thank you very much for reading and commenting. :)

This is great! A really imaginative variation on the hurt/comfort theme. Orlando's despair and Elijah's care of him are really believable. I love the the tiny happy ending.

Sorry I'm so late. Life! Argh!!! ;)

This was fantastic, and I'm so glad I swept back through bloomwood_ or I would have missed it. It was so economical, so right in every moment, and yes, the broken-heartedness of failure and self-pity, the soundness of their relationship that didn't need great description to let the reader know exactly what these two are for each other -- everything all worked so perfectly.
