I don't do much meat anymore, I make it more of an option and opt to fill a lot of my meals with beans and fake meats. Plus I gave up beef about a year ago because it doesn't agree with me.
I've been doing WW for a few years now and have done really well without the meetings. I fell off the band wagon hard the end of last year but that was due to a lot of self imposed stress. Plus I've had the help of gm_avie and auntiex both in person and through email. I don't know what I would do without their support. :) Plus the WW veggie boarders are fantastic! And my new cheerleader, rincaro is being really supportive. :)
Thanks for the tips though. :) I have a hard time at restruants and let myself slip when I go out (it's so rare) and make sure that I'm really OP the rest of the week to make up for it.
I'm getting used to their new tracker. I really liked the old one, but oh well. I'm dealing. :)

do you mean the online points tracker? you can switch to the old one, i did. the new oen is all slow java script or something...
