I don't know what you are looking to spend, Kate. But one thing you might consider is a pound or a 1/2 pound box of chocolate-covered pretzels. Asher's Chocolates are featured in many department stores (in PA, where I live, they run about $10-13/pound, depending on the store, so you have an idea of cost). If you go that route, get it at the candy counter (of the department store) and have them box it. The candy (and chocolate-covered pretzels) is fresher packaged that way ...and less expensive than the pre-boxed ones. Generally the pretzels are available covered in dark, milk, or white chocolate, and some places even have ones with sprinkles. BTW, to save yourself time, before you go there, you might want to call the store's candy department to make sure they carry Asher's chocolate-covered pretzels, if they sell it loose, and what they charge per pound. Just a thought. Good Luck with your gift search! And Happy Holidays to you, Avie & Vinny. :-) Rosie E. (no I don't have my own LJ, ...sorry).

Oh, I forgot to explain: I was suggesting one box per person, and you can customize each box according to their individual chocolate tastes (just remind the candy person to write on the bottom of each box what kind it is). Or, you can get a mixture of several different kinds of chocolate-covered pretzels, if you don't know what kind of chocolate everyone each likes. Actually, getting a mixture would probably make life easier for you in the long run. And, no I don't work for Asher's; we (my family and friends) just all love to devour their chocolate-covered pretzels. YUM! :-) Rosie E.
