Andy totally got a job up here (he told me I could yell about it) and he starts Monday. :D It'll make things a little hairy with morlockx being up for his work stuff, but with my careful planning and Tetris like skills (really just a phone call to gm_avie) we're making it work. hmmm....talk to the Tiny this weekend about foodstuffs that are good and easy. I like bbqed sicilian eggplant myself!
And green beans....blanched then mixed with finely chopped garlic served cold with balsamic vinegar.
Potato salad....or couscous.
I could go on forever!
