I just watched the beginning of Densha Otoko. It's amazing. It's like "2chan: The TV Show" (and by logical extension, somewhat like "4chan: The TV Show - In Japanese!")

Sadly, I think a 4chan TV show would be unairable on broadcast stations and even then would be relegated to like, late night HBO. It'd probably be investigated by Congress and the FBI too.

But yeah, Densha Otoko is pretty good.
