After killing hundreds of ants (literally), putting baking powder wherever I spotted them, cleaning frenzy to get every possible source of ant- nutrition, I think they're gone. The last time I saw them, tehre were only three, and it was last night

What's really fun, is getting some boric acid and making a circle around the ants. Since the ants rely on scent to figure out where they are going and where they came from, this will confuse them, and it's a bit funny to watch them freak out.

Truly, on holiday in Spain the ants are part of the house.
You'll know when you've left a crumb of anything edible somewhere.

One time, like 5 days in a row, when I woke up there even were ants walking over my back. Just scouts, looking around. Totally not agressive.
Really, you can get used to that. :p
