Hmmmm... so what exactly is the "special occasion" clause and how exactly is this classifaction defined? So like Siouxsie night at NWC is a "special occasion" but Hooley's debut back at Gossip on a night that her friends being there would be important to her... is not? I'm just trying to understand this newfound political side of you better. :) hehe....
