your hot bacon is so totally not the good kind of hot bacon. Sorry about your stove! Can you just replace the glass or do you need a new one? I love my borrowed serger, but all i do with it are straight seams. I'm curious about the possibilities of using it to pleat things...
We will be needing a new stove. But we have been needing a new one for quite a while. This is just the last straw. The stove top still works, so we are ok for a bit, But the holidays are comming, and I tend to do alot of bakeing. but luckly my mom has no problem with replaceing it. This is her house after all, so she counts it has house repair.
I know it is possible to use the serger to do many things besides just the over lock stich. they make all kinds of cool feet for it.
we need to get together to fix the doublet, but I start my new job today. 2:30 to 11. so it will have to be on a weekend. hope that is ok for you guys. R
