Rambling in the random

I ♥ livejournal. I have been away from the world of the internet for a while. It happens occassionally, in a similar way that my journaling process cycles. I just read a lot of lj backlog though on all ya'lls entries and that was refreshing. It also felt good to catch up on people's lives ( Read more... )

It's good to question your path and now is the best time in your life to do so! However, with that said you probably know that there is no "wrong" path because you are multi-talented and have many interests. What I mean by this is that life is so fluid and we are all learning and finding our way you could do Geography for a few years and find that you'd rather write or you may find that you are inspired to write music and lyrics while you are pursuing other interests... Knitting is undoubtedly a *talent* for you and I've always been of the opinion that you could easily have a side business selling your knitted things online. Don't you worry about your path, stay positive and centered in what makes you happy and you'll do just fine! Goddess knows that you have people all over who love you!

Also, "Instead of looking at my failure to finish the climbs as a signal that "I'm not meant to be a rock climber", I've taken it to mean that I need to get my butt to the rock wall to practice before I go out again."I need to adopt this attitude ( ... )

Come back so that I have someone to go see movies with (and talk about them with). I miss that among other things. I suppose we talked about this stuff on the phone, so I don't really have any other comments. But I felt like commenting anyway.

I too have been questioning my path very much: radio, children's books, professorship, politics, ministry. Many options exist. Decisions Decisions
