I am apparently having a scraps (that is, random unbetaed off the cuff ficlets) sort of week. So here's another one (of two), inspired by way too many listens to this song. ~I love it when you read to me, and you can read me anything~

Oh it was just on a lark that I decided to check the FList one more time and for some reason, my email alert didn't ping that there was a new entry (wtf?) so this was an A-bomb of surprise. I actually vocally swore out loud ( ... )

Actually, I can answer why it didn't ping; I posted this locked to private in anticipation of being able to get two stories on one entry. I really overestimated my ability to write short in nuTrek, though, so I ended up fixing it up and unlocking it. LJ: Not always dumb ( ... )

Why does Kunzite make me melt so?

It's amazing how you shift moods flawlessly. I can definitely feel both their hesitancy and apprehension that later changes into something beautiful and sweet.

*sighs blissfully* Such a sweet and lovely moment between them. This is perfect in every sense of the word. I can't wait to finally read "Their Song" in its entirety.

Their Song should be out of beta by 2010. You'll know because I will be entirely incoherent from the rewrite ;

*bluuush* Damn, I missed this comment somehow! But thank you thank you! And yes, when I first dreamed up Kunzite as a Russian, it came together waaay too perfectly. I know he's the Middle Eastern commander and all, but...he works well for the north, too.

D'aww, thank you! I hope I will be able to put it up in its full 100k glory....soonish. (Okay, it's not 100k yet. But it wouldn't surprise me if it hit that point, heh.)
