Release Day

Release day is always special in an author's household. Little difference between the first book and the twenty-fifth. Maybe the degree of bouncing excietment lessens over time. Some. My author copies of The Silent Dragon, Children of the Dragon Nimbus #1, by Irene Radford arrived on my doorstep a few minutes ago

And you are so right... The first book might as well be your first baby...
By 25, I can imagine a serene smile directed toward the box... and back off to the writing! :)
