I've been catching up on my viewing and in particular the third season of NCIS. I watched most of season two but it never really made my 'must watch' list and I kind of forgot why... until I tuned in to season three. Hee, NCIS is my Atlantis of the procedurals. Total cotton-candy for the brain television. Interesting premise, a couple interesting characters and the potential to be good. Entertaining in a 'turn off your brain and don't think about the plot too much' kinda way. I'm indifferent to Gibbs mainly because my hatred of all things Tony outshadows everything else.

Oh, and I'm not sure what's hotter Abby imagining Ziva giving her a spanking..or Ziva giving Abby a spanking!

I don't mind Tony. I know he's an ass but at least it is fully acknowledged by everyone else that he's a pain in the rear. Whereas Gibbs... I won't get started on him again, I just saw another ep and my loathing of all things Jethro has increased.

No. That's the first one of season three I saw - I'm not sure why - the one I'd just seen was where McGee shoots someone and Gibbs gets to be a total dickhead with the Director (who should have bitchslapped him into next week) and act as if he's the only person on the planet who counts.

Ziva considered her options; she could knock Abby unconscious with a single blow or throw her up on the table and show her a few moves she learnt in Tel Aviv that would put anything on Abby's blog to shame.

Woo-hoo! Show her good, Ziva!

I've started watching NCIS this season, largely out of sheer boredom. That, and Ziva is hot and Abby is absolutely adorable.

And count me in as one of those more annoyed by DiNozzo than Gibbs. Seriously, it's like he's brain damaged.

I can understand why DiNozzo annoys people but for me Gibbs is in a league of his own and the single reason I'll probably give up on this series - I've only kept watching this far for Ziva, Abby and my childhood crush on David McCullum.
