Great review, Val! I might be in a minority, but I can't shake the feeling that Michael is just "dormant" in Dean, lulling him and everyone else into believing he's gone. And when they all let their guard down enough, he'll strike - probably at the bunker, taking care of that "overpopulation" problem as well. Cause if Michael really just fled Dean's body, off-screen nonetheless, I would feel a little bit cheated. And since we still don't know enough about the real deal Jo has with Michael, she might be the wild card in all of that.
On a different note, love the little shoutout to the final scene in "Ocean's Eleven" in the first dialogue you posted. And of course, Sam would know about the last serial killer in Sioux Falls ;) (I know he admitted some seasons back that this whole "serial killer" thing has a fascination on him, which is, in my opinion, a genius way to work in the very first idea Eric Kripke had for Dean)
I probably said it before, but I gladly repeat myself - I LOVE your reviews. So please keep them coming! *hugs*

Does this mean Dean doesn't remember actually killing Lucifer? That would be very unfair that he doesn't get to remember that victory!
Michael said that Kaia's weapon resonated because it was from another world--maybe that's why it could hurt him?
