Sorry about your troubles. I am glad the neck twitch is just a twitch and is not painful. I had herniated disc smashing my spinal cord last year and it was the most excruciating pain I could imagine and had to have surgery and now have cadaver bone, a metal plate and four screws in my neck.

I think the *twitch* is just that you have had a really crap day. Sorry....Hope tomorrow is better. :)
