Rory has a lot on the ball. But he really is in love with Dangar.

What I love about them is that even though they're both descended from Sam and Frodo, they're really unique individuals. They're not clones of Sam and Frodo. Yet.. every once in a while something of both Sam and Frodo peeps through. Like how Rory loves to cook for Dangar and his love of songs and tales. And Dangar's studious nature and determined inner strength.

I really hadn't planned to continue their story, but I fell so much in love with them that I've found I wanted to hear more about them.

Aaaw! This one's so sweet as well. I really like how Sam and Frodo can still bring courage, and you know what else I like? Dangar meeting Sam and Frodo must have sounded like a fantastic and far-fetched story, but Rory obviously believed it without question.. that just shows how much they trust each other. I hope you'll be writing more of these!

Yes, Rory has absolute faith in Dangar. He is Sam's heir in direct lineage after all, so when he loves, he loves with all his heart.

Oh, good. They plan to move in together. Now, I wonder what Dangar's father will say about it all. There must be a reason that Dangar was hesitant to talk to him about this.

Well, Lothagar is stern as Rory noted, and his quite suspicious of Rory. But deep down he loves Dangar dearly. So it'll be something to see when this confrontation happens.
