I almost never read fanfics and I've never before read one of yours. BUT...this was fabulous. I had no idea you were such a wonderful writer. Your dialog makes me feel as if I'm in the room with your characters. Very well done, very well done indeed.

In my early on-line days, I read almost everything posted at http://www.west-of-the-moon.net/ and I think I got burned out. I didn't even know what slash was when I first started with the Internet. My favorite story at West-of-the-Moon is All That I Had by Elenya. It's a Frodo/Sam slash story. It had me crying so hard at times that I could barely read my monitor. My other favorite fanfic -- so far -- is Damaged by arabia764. It's an Elijah slash story and like you, she writes incredible dialog. Both stories are many, many chapters.
You always manage to move me with these two. I thought going into this that it was going to be really sad but it turned out to be all their possibilities coming true at once! From feeling so disconnected and tired, Elijah discovers that everything he has wanted has finally come true at last
