It's just my personal opinion.  But I think they should stock kleenex boxes strategically throughout campus.  Not the cheap-o kind either, like you sometimes find on the reference desks in the library (not Maps though... Maps either has the good stuff or nothing at all).  Real kleenex.  In every classroom.  That would do for starters.

Goodness! I'd rather have BYU put their money into something besides kleenex. Start using handkerchiefs which is cheaper, more sanitary, and easier to carry around. - MEJ

At some point it becomes less sanitary to have a handkerchief, which would seem to be the problem here.

If you're like some people I know (and live with) you carry it around for a few days and then replace it. We have about ten, maybe fifteen handkerchiefs that we rotate between. I like to carry one in my purse, but usually put it in the hamper that evening unless I haven't used it at all. So, it can be totally sanitary and you can get a pack of handkerchiefs at JC Penney for about $10.00. It's more cost effective in the long run as well. - MEJ

The only time I would really need it is when I'm sick, in which case it would be soggy within an hour and I would probably throw it away because it grossed me out so much to continue carrying it around. So... I'll stick with my kleenex.
