Think it is called the Market Cafe or something like that.
Famous for their durian puffs as well.

better confirm your reservation. i went there with a friend to celebrate his birthday, and he had called in the day before to get good seat.. end up they dont have our reservation, and we had to sit right at the back of the place, next to a few tables occupied by a company's staff -- apparently their xmas dinner cum d&d... rowdy n we had to put up with their 'lucky draws'

that aside, i love the cha soba, and the chocolate fountain.
the baba food is nice too.. unfortunately they are all in a corner..

if u come to katong, u can try baba food at Glory catering...
or go to casa bom vento at joo chiat for "fine straits cuisine" :)
