The branch at AMK did not impress me... hmmm... different branches got different management style? anyone to ensure that the porridge quality is not compromised at the branches?

Hmm, the initial QC is always before we deliver the congee over. And it is cooked throughout the day so that the customer does not get 'stale' congee. Maybe what was wrong exactly with your meal that day? I'll feedback it.

Nothing is wrong with my meal. But I noticed the business was not as good as the other stalls e.g. western food n bah chok mee always long queue.
