Things I cooked this weekend (and a few from the week)
(1) Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting
(2) Chicken and Roasted Garlic Pizza with Whole Wheat Crust
(3) Potato Skins
(4) Crispy Panko Chicken

It was a really good food weekend. :-)

BSG was okay for me this week. I was expecting more from the 5th to last episode.

Burn notice is AWESOME.

Leverage is BETTER. Seriously. I didn't think I could love something more than Burn Notice, but I do. It's a great heist show.

Psych is very fun!

I honestly have no idea how you do it! It all looks delicious. I'm trying so hard to make a few things each weekend so that I have food all week, and it's HARD to make so much so consistently! And you pump out at least three times as much each weekend! I so want to eat dinner at your house!

We are always scrambling during the week so I make sure we eat well on the weekend. :-)
