Pulled out Tori Amos' Boys For Pele today. I had forgotten just how awesome some of the first songs on the CD, like Blood Roses, were. Plus, I listened to this CD over and over one summer, so it brings back good memories. :)

And yay for good summer memories. I'm having some of those myself today. :)

I am so, so sorry if I spoiled you. :( I just added an lj-cut, but again, I'm really sorry.

I'm glad you're having good summer memories, though.

No you didn't spoil it. Trust me, I don't mind spoilers at all. I usually love to read things ahead of time. I'm a spoilers type of girl. lol

And thanks. It's nice to be nostalgic sometimes. :)

I lost count on how many times I listened to Boys For Pele in the past month. My favorite song from that album is Professional Widow.

Tonight was the first time I ever saw a episode of 8 Simple Rules. I always used to watch reruns of Three's Company when I was a kid. But I can't seem to find them anymore. :(

My favorites would have to be Muhammad My Friend, Hey Jupiter, and Little Amsterdam (I like that section right in the middle of the CD), but Professional Widow is right up there with them. I love to play that one loud. :)

I think Three's Company is on Nick At Nite, but I don't know of any other stations that carry it. Episodes from the earlier seasons pretty much always make me laugh. Chrissy's dumb comments and Jack in general just crack me up.

As a DJ and Director at WPRK, I am very sorry to hear about Gordon Jump's passing.

Wow, he also was Maytag's Ol' Lonely. And according to imdb.com he was in many of my favorite shows.

We will miss you, Big Guy.

I couldn't find any decent pictures of Gordon Jump, but there were some nice ones of John Ritter. So I made these (all of which were larger and clearer prior to the upload process, but oh, well) and wanted to share them with you.

Those are absolutely beautiful. I especially like the picture in the first and the quote in the last one. Of course, I love Scrubs, too, so I think they're all great. Thank you so much for sharing those.

Thanks. I'm glad you like them. I'm not positive that I got the quote correct on that last one, so it might be a paraphrase, but it's from eastmountainsouth's song "All the Stars."
