So Mom and I suspect that part of what's been causing my stressed-out-ness the past few weeks is... a lack of protein in my diet. Ess are ess el why. I've been surviving on Soup at Hand and ravioli and cereal and that's about it, and my body must think I'm living in famine conditions. So I'm going to start eating sandwiches and see if that yanks
