Well, Septima would be normally a woman's name. The male equivallent being Septimus (the Seventh).
But don't let this bother you too much. You are the author: you decide.
Maybe your male Septima has had a change of sex (just because they are wizards, does not save tham from this type of things, I suppose)...

Ah. You see, on her sketch she originally had Septimus, but crossed out the 'us' and put an 'a'.

Maybe I'll stick with the original draft and call him Septimus. It's still so annoying though. I hate original charatcres but I may just have to create one - that'll be a last resort.
