It's been a while since I've updated. And I'm not really updating, I'm advertising. For my last show in Minneapolis before I go off to college. It's at the Children's Theater, and it's called A Class Act. It's an all-teen summer intensive/show, $10.00, This Tuesday-Saturday at 7:30, though the Friday shows are at 5 and 9. It's an incredible show. ( Read more... )

I work Tuesday thru Thursday and then I'm out of town. BUT, you should let me know how it goes (even just by updating again) and keep me posted on other stuff this summer (especailly things on Fridays and Saturdays--the days I don't work). I hope your show goes real well. (I miss hanging out with you. That should be ameliorated.)

OH! PS: my mom has been at Lawrence all week for a Deaf Lutheran conference and she says there is a bar called Dr. Jekel's right off campus that has naked pictures in the bathrooms. Men in the women's and women in the men's. She says it's a cool place (actually, she said I should tell my Lawrence friends to 'stay home and drink milk').

There is also a gay house at Lawrence- populated entirely by gay people, and last year there was a random sex house, populated entirely by - well, people who wanted to have random sex. Everyone says to stay away from that house, though. And your mom doesn't realize that they don't have milk in Lawrence. Only milk flavored beer. Refrigerators there serve no other purpose - except for regular beer. And maybe some hard liquors.

Well shit. I thought I could see it, but then a certain opera cast decided that they weren't going to know their music, resulting in 8 straight hours of rehearsal.

Course, those of us who already knew the notes were sufficiently pissed - note to everyone - never cast a fifteen year old kid as the lead in a opera.
