wow - that's quite a bump.

I would vote for whichever mayoral candidate makes this a part of their campaign.

If I'm elected I promise to string up Boris Johnson from Vauxhall railway bridge... hopefully he's random enough, and even occasionally cheery.

The belly should come emblazoned with sternly worded words of health warning (like a packet of cigarettes), but happily the process of acquiring the belly is most fun indeed.

Ah yes, I was fond of that in a way I wasn't of the higher tube fares. I wish he hadn't stopped there though and that there could still be random gigantic animals placed in other parts of London a bit like those clay ears that pop up on walls in Covent Garden.
