I hope it passes soon. And good luck with the nightmare tenant - at the risk of sounding a tad unprofessional, can't you explain your situation and hope they back off a bit? They sound like they're hassling you for no real reason.

Ah, the tenant. I could not talk about this for fear of crying for days but I am better now.

The tenant hates the management agency and so he prefers to phone me instead. Because I am soothing. And more effective. It got to the point where I was seriously having a nervous breakdown and Z took over.

Aw sweetie i am sorry about the tenant. They can be fking awfukl can't they. And i am sorry about the pain too. Someone as beautiful as you are clearly doesn't deserve it.

Thankfully Z and I have come to the agreement that he is better equipped to handle this aggro, and has taken over dealing with the situation thereby leaving me free to freak out about other things.
