Seriously, it's like this movie reached in my brain and plucked out everything I wanted. Badass heroine? Gratuitous male nudity? Yakuza? Men in skirts? YES PLEASE.

Oh, I almost bought that one once because it was something like ~from the makers of Ong-Bak!~ or so but then I chickened out because I thought the mother was collecting the debts. Idk, the description confused me. But OMG, do I want to watch this now or WHAT?! AWESOME. If the fighting is half as awesome as in Ong-Bak I shall be happy. (also: Ong-Bak review, pretty please? *___*)

MAKING ME JEALOUS. I've never seen Ong Bak. I went searching for it when everyone called the star of Chocolate "the female Tony Jaa," but I guess downloads are scarce since it's licensed?

Dunno, I actually bought the dvd, seeing as IT WAS LICENSED and relatively cheap. I got sold on the film when I saw an animated gif of a guy jumping (slow-motion) through a wooden floor with HIS FUCKING KNEES FIRST. That was just so epic beyond belief.

OMG all this AND naked abe hiroshi? WHERE DO I FIND THIS? Man this reminds me, I cant wait for that japanese movie "High kick girl" to come out. It has this adorable cute school girl...kicking the shit out of guys twice her size with a dead pan expression on the whole time. YAY. The girl's name is Rina Takeda I believe. I know she was on Ariehen Sekai (an eito show) once, showing off her skills. I remember watching her and thinking "oh she's so cuuu---oh...WOW" 90 pounds of pure bad ass. I can say that for the thai film too, that girl doesnt look a day over 14.

I think the star of Chocolate was like 25 when this was made. XD Check out the trailer for an example of the fight scenes. It stuck me when watching that this is one of the first times I've seen a true female martial artist -- not just a great female warrior or an armed lady badass, but like a female Jackie Chan.
