My job is so cool sometimes!

I was asked to serve on a thesis committee this spring for an English student. This is the second committee in as many years.

I'm super stoked! Not only is it about comic books (Crisis on Infinite Earths and its impact on comic book structure and storytelling), but it being defended by a female and it is for the English Dept

It is super cool. I'm just glad it's DC Comics and not Marvel characters because then I'd have a whole lot of reading ahead of me!

Doing things like this will only justify the reason behind why my job description needs to change drastically. I'm not doing the same job I did when I was first hired.

I wish they would appreciate me monetarily! I haven't had a cost of living adjustment or a pay increase in going on five years now. I'd just ship if I could find the right job.
