So, it's been a while since I've posted. No surprise. Life just seems to continue moving along and I forget things a lot. Especially this journal. I remember when I used to post daily. Who has time for that anymore

I hear you about making changes. I'm almost 37 and should definitely start taking my health seriously. It's just really hard to find the motivation.
