I just apped for the first time in I don't know how long to an RP, and it definitely was a more trying task than I'd thought. And, of course, now I'm curious if it's one of the ones you're curious about.

Right now I'm only RPing with friends and in a small RP that's not even in English. It's low maintenance, so I can just call hiatus when I'm feeling too down to play and go back later. This is why I haven't been able to "come back" to LJRP. The English-speaking RP scene scares me a lot, it seems all so srsbsns.

*puts plucky girl detectve hat on* Oh, it seems it is! Actually, Kannagara is número 3 in my list. I'm considering to app Ushiwaka there, even if that means no wacky hijinks with Amaterasu. I might wait for them to open and if it seems fun and not too stressful I'll go for it on mid-February.

Haha, I thought so! Kannagara has a neat background, even if it does seem randomly overrun with Naruto folk. But I looked at the reserve list and thought, "Who would be awesome for Natsume and be driven completely batshit insane by the Medicine Seller? Ginko." So I had to app.

I'm intrigued precisely because I saw your Ginko reserve + Medicine Seller and Natsume! Even if I chicken out and don't try out, I'll definitely read threads with either of them ♥

Hey, at least your Eriol resembled the canon one, and didn't mug him in a back alley and steal his name like most of the characters from that RP.

I do wonder sometimes if we see him resembling canon because of the contrast with the rest of the terrifying cast (plus me giving a shit about it to the verge of panic), or because he truly did. It was also hard to have him IC when they threw so much shit and I had to respond with weird character development.
