This whole story is making me hurt in the best way possible. Protective Blaine is so fricking adorable and lovely too, I was right there with him and you wrote his anger and frustration so realistically that I felt what he was feeling. You are really an amazingly talented writer, Ive read every story you've post and to be so skilled writing in comedy, fluff and angst, which are genres so far apart, just leaves me in awe.

And now I'm going to sit here and gnaw my fingers to the bone waiting for part 3 and to see what Blaine has to say

(sorry about the repost of the comment my iPhone butchered it with errors that made me cranky <3)

I would very much like to get back to the fluff? Fluff is easiest because cute is fairly universal, but writing something you hope someone else will find funny is always a bit nerve-wracking in case it turns out that you have a freak of a sense of humour, and writing angst just hurts =P

So, I'm glad you've enjoyed the fic honey, even the angst of it - thanks for reading =)

I hope you don't mind that I'm reviewing both parts in one comment but I just couldn't stop reading long enough to leave you feedback on the last one and just:

oh

I'm literally shaking with emotion right now. Finn's experience finding him and the ringtones and just, his holdhearted faith in Kurt's ability to survive and Blaine's heartbreak (the line about how at seventeen he loses all faith in humanity really just felt like a blow to the chest because you'd think, knowing Blaine's history, that would have happened before, but it hadn't--but this does it). Kurt's unwillingness to cry for something he doesn't remember (which brilliantly tied the story back to T&C where he's told he hadn't cried) and then the final scene where he just does. Gah ( ... )

This is one of the very few bits of writing I've ever done that came through whole, structure and all, which at first I thought was awesome because yay I know what to write and how to write it, and then I came to part III and it was like . . . I actually have to write this now? Like. Oh. Shit.

. . . so I guess you have that to look forward to ^^; But I'm glad you liked it honey, angst and all - I think now I've finished writing the damn thing I do feel a lot better, apparently torturing other people like this puts my own woe into perspective ;) So thank you for reading it, and I hope that song can go back to being a happy thing for them again instead of a bad trigger? ^^;

The ending of this made me cry again. The moment Kurt started crying I lost it, so I had to wait a little bit before I wrote this comment ( ... )

Yeah, I never know if 'enjoy' is the right word for things like this ^^; I guess all I can be glad about is if it's doing its intended job ;)

I am . . . thankfully I don't have many angsty plots in my head right now, because I actually find writing this stuff distressing as fuck, part III of this was just *horrible* to have to write, and I do want to get back to the fluff now. But then fluff plots are harder to come across than angsty ones so I guess we'll see, ahem. I hope you found some happy music! That's thankfully one thing Glee supplies us with lots of ;)

(Sue has to bring a cactus, flowers probably wither on close contact with her. And she secretly does love him yeah ^^)

Thanks for reading, honey - hope the happy's returned by now =)

So brutal. So so so brutal. The magnitude of Blaine's emotions - sick, helpless anger and fear and guilt and his complete and utter devotion, god, it's overwhelming and sad and I just want to hold him forever and ever. That scene with Azimio and then his speechless anger when Kurt tells him about seeing Karofsky, so intense, how do you even do that with your writing??? It all feels so real, too, Blaine flying apart like this, walking out of class and blatantly disobeying his parents, he just cannot give less of a fuck. And how he is with Kurt - knowing (or at least thinking he knows) what he needs, just being there and loving him and pushing him, so certain of everything they are together, it's so beautiful, even when they're at the lowest point in both their lives, they cannot be anything but right for one another. ALSO, WARBLERS. I love those idiots. <3 ( ... )

Warblers! *throws arms in air* ALWAYS WARBLERS. Miss them so much, spin-off series pls?

they cannot be anything but right for one another - this, I believe in ridiculous amounts. I just don't think anything could happen that would ever make either of them think, This is just too much trouble to be worth it. They're not *capable* of thinking that. Lucky little bastards loving each other like that but I'm so happy they have each other, they deserve each other. They also do not deserve the shit I put them through but I promise more fluff to make up for it! ^^;

So, yeah, thanks for reading despite the misery honey - I hope your day picked up? And I'm glad you sort of liked it despite the misery. Thank you =)

YES! PART II!

But he is really fucking hungry, and really fucking worn down, and beginning to think entirely crazy thoughts. Like, maybe this is karma. Maybe this is the universe balancing things out, not to hurt Kurt but to hurt Blaine; this is karma for all those months when Kurt loved him hopelessly and Blaine just honestly did not notice, because Blaine is fucking stupid like that. And the only possible way for the reverse situation to ever occur because Kurt loves Blaine in crazy ways and Blaine knows it is for Blaine to love Kurt while Kurt feels nothing at all, because he's not capable of feeling anything anymore. So how many months will this have to last to balance that out?That is a perfectly delusional conclusion to come to when your emotion are stretched too thin and you've barely slept or eaten in days, or stopped to think about anything other than one singular obsession of, 'will s/he be all right ( ... )

I really hate - when you're stressed and guilty and coming to pieces and you *know* what you are thinking is insane but you *can't stop thinking it*. It's like a whole new brand of logic which only makes sense in your head but *damn* it makes perfect sense in your head. And Blaine clearly has a pretty fucked up sense of logic even before all this =/ I do that stuff to myself all the time. I have an overactive narrative brain, I invent stories when I don't know what's actually happening, and it is *so bad* when you're already a bit tired and insane. So I know what you mean, yeah, and I'm glad if it sounded real ( ... )
