This is my first time commenting on any of your fics (I think) and I just want to say that you are one of my new favorite writers in the fandom. You do character voices so well. I can imagine Kurt and Finn actually interacting this way. The contrast between the two that you pointed out (multitasker vs focused) was also amazing. I'm not going to spoil you, but I think this works as an interesting sort of prequel to one of the coming episodes. (I hope you don't kill me for that, I hate being spoiled too. I hope that's vague enough. I had to say it coz I found the coincidence pretty clever.)

I have such a thing about dialogue, I love listening to the way people *talk* (also I'm slightly obsessed with Patrick O'Brian, probably the best dialogue writer ever?), so I'm glad if you think they sound right =) Kurt especially is difficult, since at least once an episode he'll come out with something I could *never* have expected and make me do the undignified snortgiggle thing before rewriting my entire headcanon about him all over again.

So, I'm interested in the vague spoiler, in that I *would* like to see this relationship explored more and I'm glad if canon's gonna get around to it - but please tell me no more ;) And thanks for reading, honey, I'm glad you've been enjoying the fic =)

Thats it! I've figured out how you can be such an absurdly perfect fic writer - I stumbled across you a few days ago and I've been reading every second that my toddlers will let me and I can keep my eyes open and you. Are. Amazing. Seriously the first Glee writer who has broken into my top 5 fic writers of all time. (well... maybe it's 6 now, I don't know who would be dethroned) But if you are an O'Brian fan then OF COURSE you are absurdly good, you're a fan of the greatest author in the history of ever! And it just hurts how rare it is to find another O'Brian fan. (and I can truly say that this fandom was among the last places I would have expected) So sorry for this completely out of the blue, years late comment but I just got really excited when I saw my favorite (and semi obscure) author being discused

Patrick O'Briiiiiiiiaan <3 No he is fucking fabulous. I'm not even finished with the Aubreiad yet, I like picking them up second hand, I like the thrill of going over the charity shop bookshelves and the aHAH this one I don't have yet!!, they're just my happy place <3 (Also this fandom is weird for coming across random people into deeply random things? The amount of other people totally into Homer I've found here, it's crazy

Okay, so, seriously? I love this piece. I love love love your voice and how you characterized Finn and just, this entire piece is basically CANON for me now because you have it nailed so wonderfully.
