Okie dokie, I haven't talked about this on my journal so much, but over the past few months I have been stalked by this janitor at the mall.

Good God, woman. I'm very glad to hear that he's gone and that everyone took it as seriously as it warranted. Stay safe, dude!

I'm trying. My main concern is if I ever see him outside of the mall. If anything else comes up it will be balls-to-the-wall, hit-you-in-the-head-with-my-stapler thing. Or sic my roomie on them. Don't mess with Idaho Republicans and their friends man, we are WELL ARMED.

Okay on the not pressing charges thing, but maybe investigate taking out a restraining order on him???

Yeah, I am thinking about that. If there is another incident/sighting there will be charges with some iron-fisted pressing, and a gigantic restraining order taken out but I'm hoping one arrest will be enough.

That's terrible. Glad he's fired. Is there some kind of security protocol you can do if you're alone in the store and a) he comes back or b) someone else gets creepy?

Yeah, the janitorial staff were super apologetic about it (the remaining, not creepy few) and the head guy has promised to "take care of me" but I'm sort of wary of him. He has a habit of trying to hang out with mall employees at the bar but he's a nice guy, I think he's just lonely so I feel a lot better. That and I now have the police on my side and they are not only armed but SMASHING in their uniforms. Honestly if he comes back and keeps coming back I will a) open a can of whup-ass and b) have some serious discussions with the mall office on their amazing lack of security.
