So it was my first book signing, ever. And I really didn't know what to expect, but the event was awesome, and Cherie was awesome, and I'm glad that, despite the weather (STOP SNOWING, ALREADY!!!! *shakes fist at sky*), I got to experience everything.

Haa. Also, I have no idea who that bearded fellow is in the top hat and Tristan Thorn coat, but he is my new hero.

Oh Gods, the entire plate was delicious. They ran out of crackers so I was handed pita bread, instead, but it was still all so good. Aaron is in school to become a chef, and he does a wonderful job at it. I love just sitting in the café after doumbek class and listen to him describe what he's made in class and what he plans on making next class.

Haha! Apparently his name is... Don Watts (Thank you, Salathiel, for tagging his picture appropriately!). He has a Facebook page, if you want to find him and let him know that he has fans in other countries. *grins*

So jealous! I was working all day, sadly! And, then, I guess Brad Meltzer was at my store before I came in, and I totes missed that. Lame!

I totally didn't know what to expect, but after a few minutes into it, I deemed book signings awesome.

Oooooh!!!! The book signing looked SO MUCH FUN! Definitely better than the crappy night I had at work! I'd love to see the pic with you and Cherrie!!! :)

It was! She talked about a lot of things, Steampunk and not. She was awesome.
