Quite rly! If you think about it, our "metrosexual" is their "normal" so whenever they try something flamboyant, this is what they end up doing. A lot of Japanese comedy is basically just getting (inappropriately) naked. At the same time most people are so oblivious of everything homosexual, that characters like Razor Ramon or Mr.2 really represent what the Japanese think gay folks are like. Minus slashing fangirls. They're literally called "rotten females" so they don't count because they're a minority too.
