The good: we got the bees in just right. We picked them up in their nuke box from Andy, drove them home, waited until dusk, and then put them into their new hive. They seem to have settled right in, and we're going to check them to-morrow to see how they're doing, as far as the queen and such

hermit crabs are nothing but heartache! we had one that died the day after we bought it... took it back to the store and traded in the empty shell for another. The first one had been called "Princess" so number 2 was "Princess Junior."

Princess Junior actually lived about a year, as I recall, which I believe is an all time world record.

anyway you have lovely summer days of hens and fish to look forward to. poor percy!
