Velentine's day and other shiznit

I love Valentine's day, and I can't believe that some people are so apalled by it. I mean, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and God knows, I'm really open minded, yet it just pisses me off that people just get so carried away about Valentine's day and how's it's over-commercialized and a Hallmark holiday. Whatever

It is a pretty miserable holiday if you don't have a Valentine though.

Awww. It can be miserable. But, I just don't want people to use an execuse of commercialism and Hallmark holiday to hate this holiday.

And it can be really good if you do have someone. That's why I want people to keep in mind.

One of my ex's broke up with me on Valentine's day, after we've been together for 2.5 years, I understand about some hatred toward this holiday.

I agree with everything you've said. Some of the points I tried to make in my own entry were better thought and written out here, very nice. I didn't have a Valentine this year, but that's the norm. I made the most of it like I do any other day, which is good enough for me. Hm, maybe next year.
