I seem to have responsibility for another cat

There's a large, fluffy, black-and-white cat who (sort of) lives in my yard. There's a cat-sized hole going under the fence in my backyard. On the other side of the fence is a strip of tangled trees, bushes and branches, with lots of birds, squirrels and probably other small wildlife there. I have bird feeders hanging from the trees, and I toss "
