It's been exactly one month since my birthday!

Today while I'm working Thom is driving down to Philly to go to a modeling agency. He hasn't seen Zoolander so all my awesome jokes have been in vain. Thom has been sick the past few days with a high fever. I took my temperature on a whim this morning and it was 99.7, although aside from a general sort of sleepiness that I've come to think of as permanent, I feel fine.

I'm at work now doing worky things.

The sky outside is ominous and thick with heavy grey clouds, and swirls of leaves and bits of trash are spinning up and down on the sidewalk. I'm inside the record store trying to coax the printer into making envelopes.

On Friday Thom and I signed a year lease on a wonderful, 1,000+ square foot studio space. It's big, as large (if not larger than) our cottage, and... just perfect. He'll be doing his woodworking and I'll be painting, and we'll hopefully also be combining the two.
