And they're mixed nuts. My peanut butter obsession is well noted around the lab... Nancy brought me a piece of peanut butter cake. :9 I think being a bit "off" is a requirement to be a lab tech. :D

I think I might have heard the song you're talking about. I'm not patriotic in general, and I always figured I'm probably one of few who dislike hearing it. I do think it paints Americans in a terrible light, though.

Americans often wonder why we are viewed abroad in such a negative light. Well, listen to this song and you'll know why. There is a line between patriotism and being boorish! Also, there's a song where it says "take a bullet for your child, fight for America" or some shit like that. Gives me nightmares!
