Rain commercial on tv? O,o

I live in Canada and today i saw a Rain's commercial on tv, its not those asian channels either, just normal american channel.
It was in english too, i only saw part of it so had no idea what is about, i think it might be a cell phone?
Did anyone else saw this?

My dad was watching tv, and now when i asked him he said he forgot, but i put the link up, i "think" it's the same one ^^;

It's for Korean Tourism. The Korean Tourism website had a 30 second preview a few weeks ago and it ends with him saying "Sparkling".
