JYP productions recently confirmed the rumours about Wooyoung being in the hospital. After not feeling well for weeks, he suddenly collapsed during practice. He was brought to the hospital in an ambulance and though his condition is stable, he still resides in the hospital for now.
A slightly shabby looking Nichkhun reacted: "We're so happy he's stable now. He really scared us by collapsing like that, but the doctors say he's going to be okay, as long as he takes his medicines." When the reporters asked why he looked like that while he was normally such a stylish man, he reacted: "I've spent a lot time at the hospital, practically lived there for the past week. This is actually the first time I've left the hospital because I have been by his side the whole time."
A slightly emotional Nichkhun excused himself, walking away before the reporters could ask any more questions and Jay Park, who canceled his filming to be with his friends, took his place.
"It was a very emotional week for them, seeing Wooyoungs health drop the last weeks, eventually collapsing in front of them, while not being able to help really gets them. " He explained. "It''s been hectic for all of us, so we, especially Wooyoung, need time to recover from either shock or collapsing."
He and the spokesman kept the papparazzi from interviewing the others or entering the building until security got there and took over.
Fans have been sending tons of fanmail, tweeting things like 'Get wel soon!' 'Wooyoung oppa fighting!' and 'we'll pray for you!' and asking questions in every way possible. Some even tried sneaking into the room he's residing or sleeping outside the hospital, singing and chanting, trying to support their beloved 'AngAng'. Members of 2AM and other bands have been calling, texting,or visiting. Various other artists have been using the media to wish him strength.
It's good to know we haven't lost our beloved Wooyoung yet, and just be happy to know he's going to get to stay longer with us. Let's hope he'll get well soon .
